When some of us just hit 22, Ying'en celebrated her 23rd Birthday. Which means, very soon it'll be my turn. Once you pass the Big 2, everything just seems to be escalating so quickly.
Anyway, the birthday girl did something so different this yr which sets the trend for the entire gang of us. She decided the venue to celebrate, pre-ordered the dishes days before, gave us a dinner treat and brought a bottle of wine n some 'glasses'. oh, and checked out the menu that she was holding.. only after the dinner did we know that she actually typed it herself. The description she used -"Low-fat cheese"(which apparently is not!) is effective enough to make sure Mavis finished up her dessert. Food at Lagnaa is superb. Barefood dining experience at Little India. Good choice, ying'en. Thanks! 
Virgin trip to Saint James Power House. Complimentary entry and 5 free drinks on Ladies night. What a deal!!! This marketing strategy works on us and many of the LADIES. There are 7 of us (35 free drinks) and so i wonder how many tequila shots we had. Music was good and of course, great company. Think the previous time when all 7 of us went clubbing was 3 years ago. So not into clubbing anymore but Well, it's always fun to hang out with the girls... A pity that some gotta work the next day..
